On the vast majority of our products lead times are usually between 1-3 days and up to 10-14 days. On our larger products and custom orders, lead times can be longer. If on a rare occasion, an item purchased is out of stock. We’d correspond via email or call as we’d require a 30 day window for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not provide compensation for late delivery.

Returns policy for faulty items: We provide 28 days for purchases to be returned. We request for you to eBay message photos of your purchase and state your order number and reason for return. We will then confirm the return and request you to securely re-package your purchase to be posted back to us. Please provide us with a small amount of extra time for our Returns Team to process your returned item and for your refund to reach you.
