Provenance: 
The Damien Parsons Collection. This collection belonged to the late John Damien Parsons, an architect from East Devon and husband of the poet Patricia Beer. His fascination with Asian Art began after inheriting several pieces of Chinese porcelain from his grandfather. Over the decades, Parsons expanded his collection, acquiring Chinese and Japanese ceramics and works of art from various exhibitions and collections. Recently, pieces from the Parsons Collection were exhibited at Mount Edgcumbe.
