In the UK your Pallet Delivery will be made on or between the estimated days between 8.30AM AND 5.30PM.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25 Re-delivery charge.

Re delivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made.

The courier will deliver your part the next working day between 8.30AM - 5.30PM.

Delivery is to MAINLAND UK ONLY EXC.HIGHLANDS,PH & AB POSTCODES.

Non palatalised items will be carried by DHL on a next day basis. EXC Scottish highlands.

a VAT Receipt will be provided on delivery.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days or purchase date unless covered under warranty. Buyer is to pay return postage.

Please note, palletised orders that are returned for non damage or defect will have the original postage cost deducted from the refund this applies to all palletised freight even free shipping items. A shipping invoice will be provided to prove the original postage cost. We will need proof that the items are damaged or defective to authorise the reason for return to ensure returns process isn't being misused

Please ensure all items returned have the original markings or "WARRANTY VOID" tags intact, As failure of this will result in the return being rejected.

Other

All our parts come with a 90 day warranty. Our warranty on complete engines covers the mechanical failure of engine internal engine parts. EG :Conrods, Pistons, Crank, Cams, Valves ETC.

It does not cover timing belt failure as we advise that they should be changed before fitting as we cannot always guarantee when it was last changed. It does not cover head gaskets as engines are run to temperature prior to removal.

ALL ENGINES, GEARBOXES & AXLES ARE DRAINED OF OIL PLEASE ENSURE THEY ARE FILLED WITH CORRECT FLUID PRIOR TO FITTING AND USE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE OR WARRANT ITEMS THAT HAVE BROKEN DUE TO LACK OF OIL AND/OR WRONG OIL USED.

All our parts are marked before leaving the premises please do not remove these marks as it may void your warranty.
