This listing is for a doll that was the childhood doll of a friend. it is acirca 1930s  mama doll type with a squeaker in the back that still makes sound when you press on it, although I would be gentle as they are usually cardboard.

This doll has blue tin sleep eyes, tin tongue behind 4 teeth with a smile. She is a HUG ME doll, by Regal. The composition is in overall great shape with just a little flake on top of head and minor crazing. Ready for a dress and bonnet to display.
