This is a Dell Latitude 5501 laptop computer! These are powered by an Intel Core i7-9850H six core processor that has a base frequency of 2.6GHz, giving you TONS of speed for work and play! This laptop has 16GB of RAM, a 512GB Solid State Drive, and runs Windows 11 Pro. The batteries takes a charge, but we have not given these laptops a full run-down test. These are really nice, speedy laptops that are lightweight and portable. They have webcams and backlit keyboards, but this particular laptop does NOT have a touchscreen! For the money, you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer system. These are really sharp, nice condition laptops!

Please review the photographs for cosmetic details. These are pretty nice looking laptops for the age, but all older computers have some scuffs and scrapes. These were used in a corporate environment, so they were moved around. Expect some minor dings, scuffs, and scrapes, and minor keyboard/trackpad wear, as to be expected with used computers. This model of computer is prone to minor paint chipping around the corners as well. They're not new computers, but they're not bad looking machines.

If the BIOS reports battery condition, it is an estimate from the computer, not a guarantee. We have not performed a run-down test on the battery. All used batteries are sold AS-IS. No refunds or adjustments will be made for batteries.
