This is a set of two vintage combination spanner wrenches from Proto, a professional tool brand in the USA. The wrenches are in 12-point drive type and SAE system of measurement. The set includes a 9/16in. and a 1/4in. wrench, with manufacturer part numbers 1218 and 1208 respectively. They were made in the United States and are in very good condition.
