Most likely 1930s era night candle or candle holder, with nice deco styling. Burnt orange through to blue drip glaze over porcelain. Marked Empire Ware to base.
Condition
Very good to excellent. No chips, cracks or repairs. Minor surface wear only, commensurate with age.
