"I am desired by Mr W F D Smith to ask you to be kind enough to send two orders for the Members Galley for Monday next tue 13th next, to Mr James Platt, 78 St Martin's Lane, W.C. The name of the gentlemen for whom the orders are intended are Walter Edge, 42 Horton Road, Bradford & Revd D Jackson, 28 Manchester Rd, Rochdale. Believe me yours faithfully Arthur E J Legge"

Arthur Edward John Legge (1863 -1934) Soldier. Captain and Brevet Major in the Worcestershire Regiment. Mentioned in despatches during the First World War.
