Mounted on a green paper album page.  Reverse has black and white print of Kirby Lonsdale Bridge.

Very similar to plates titled "Concert des Chats" from Galerie du Palais Royal published between 1786 to 1808 in the collection of the British Museum.  It differs in the right foreground where the BM examples have further instruments on top of the music.
