My mother received this beautiful hand painted scarf by Veronica Holden who was a scarf designer/painter in London. It is signed "Veronica Holden '83"  I found several of her other scarves on different sites to compare to.  

It is rectangular: 46in x 7 in. 

I do not know if it was ever worn.  

It has been cleaned just in case, but has gotten wrinkled in storage. I am sorry about the wrinkles but I am afraid to iron it because I am terrible at ironing.  I don't want to hurt it. 

It has lovely blue green and purple flowers and a butterfly on each end.
