This card came out of the baseball cards magazine in the early 1990's... This card has the extra white border around the black line. Some cards are cut to the black line, however this is a variation to the card. The card is a little larger than 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches due to the extra white border but will fit in a top loader.
