You are bidding on a Cobra Eel action figure from the G.I. Joe Classified Series line. This is the #81 figure in the line,and is NEW but it has been OPENED. I received this figure new from a retailer, but due to the line shifting away from see-through plastic at the time and all of the scammers replacing figures, I opened it to ensure I received the proper figure. It was never removed from the rest of the packaging nor displayed or played with, as it was only opened to verify contents (and to take eBay pictures).
