This is the graphic novel Baltimore: The Plague Ships published by Dark Horse Comics (2012).  This volume collects issues 1-5 of the series by Mike Mignola, Christopher Golden, and Ben Stenbeck.  Overall the book is in excellent condition, but there is damage to the top left of the front cover/spine/binding.
