PREORDER RELEASE MAY 24. 2023 

"EUROPA. Peace is the highest value of mankind" is the theme of the EUROPA program issue initiated by Ukrposhta, which is caused by Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. The competition for the best postage stamp design announced by PostEurop was won by the Luxembourg Post. The drawing depicting the new peace sign, which, according to the rules of the competition, is reproduced on EUROPA stamps this year by all postal administrations of PostEurop member countries, was created by designers Linda Bos and Runa Egilsdottir based on the Celtic love knot. For Ukrainians today, not only peace but also victory is important. Peace, Victory, Ukraine, as President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted, are the values we are fighting for. His words became the leitmotif for the Ukrainian postage stamp designed by Maria Suslova, whose work took 2nd place in the sketch competition.
