This has been well used by the previous owner and it has the marks to prove it:  numerous dings, chips to the finish & scratches all over the body and neck.  The frets have plenty of life left in them.  The 2nd volume control pot & the 2 tone controls have been set very close to the body, so they turn okay, but do touch the surface; and the 3-way switch may need a bit of switch cleaner if you like to change between pickups frequently.

I bought this as a project, but never got round to doing any upgrades.

If you're not bothered by a roadworn/ players grade guitar, then this is right up your boulevard.

It comes without the pickguard, but the screws are in place.  Personally I think it looks cooler without it (as did Slash, Peter Green & Gary Moore, to name but a few on their guitars).
