This lovely turned wood lacemaking bobbin was made to commemorate the Royal Wedding of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson on 23^rd July 1986.  Delicately embossed.  

Features a 9-bead spangle.  

The copper wire on one side of the spangle has come away – see photo – but that does not detract from the piece’s rarity value.
