Covered in a lovely cotton fabric with NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS design

I was fed up with the boring or really expensive blue badge holders available, so created my own.

THIS HOLDER IS DESIGNED FOR A STANDARD SQUARE TIMER CLOCK. SOME AUTHORITIES ARE NOW GIVING OUT A RECTANGULAR CLOCK THAT IS TOO BIG FOR THIS HOLDER
