This is an antique Ansonia mantle clock made of cast iron with brass ormolu finish. It features an 8-day wind-up mechanism, chimes, and is in good working condition. The clock is a decorative collectible and would make a great addition to any clock or antique collection.
Clock stands 13 1/2 inches high. No key unfortunately but they are readily available here on Ebay. We used a universal key to wind the clock and chimes. It took us three days but we got the adjustment on the fob set to here it kept goodtime.
This little guy is a bit heavy so we priced it reasonably so shipping doesn't cost more than the clock.
It's in excellent condition for it's age and will be packed for a journey to Mars with the fob removed for shipping. (No big deal. It installs in under 5 seconds). Fob has adjustment for advancing or retarding the swing for accurate time keeping.
