MacBook Pro Core i5 1.4GHz 13” Touch Bar/2019 3 Specs 128 GB

This MacBook powers on, and works, however there is a discolored bar across the Left side of the screen (See Pictures)

I do not know how to fix this, and as such, I am selling this for parts only.

If you know how to repair this then this might be a great opportunity as everything else on the machine works well.
