Antique Victorian Cranberry Glass Handled Decanter With Ground Pontil .  It measures 10" high, and 5 1/2" at widest x 4".  Bottom has smooth ground pontil.  It dates to about 1890-1910.  It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
