This is one of the series of cottages produced in the 1970s by the Suffolk Studio Pottery Mudlen End.   All buildings in this run of 41 different types are hand painted.  

This one is Number 28, known as The Village School with Bell Tower.   It measures 6.5 cm x 5 cm and stands 7.5 cm high to the top of the bell tower.  Please use the photographs as part of the description and to judge the condition for yourself.
