Great condition. I've used it with a universal charger and it will not hold charge without being plugged in, says “plugged in, not charging”. Haven’t tested it with normal charger.

Also dont have the admin password so it is admin locked, but an additional user is able to be made and logs in with no issues. Laptop will be factory reset before sending
