LIONEL 6-16003 Pennsylvania Observation Car 1987-88. FOR RESTORATION:  The lights don't work, may need new bulbs or other work.  The coupler works.  The car itself is in GOOD condition and it has window silhouettes.   Bench tested and it has a working interior light. it may flicker when running on track.   Pictures taken with and without camera flash.  Track not included.  Questions welcome.  Shipping is combined.
