Vintage 80s Black Batwing Sleeve Padded Shoulder Dress

This dress looks amazing worn with a corset belt! The back has such great details. The sleeves are sewn gathered tighter at the bottom with a fabric covered button.

The fabric has a nice texture to it.  The Batwing Sleeves with the padded shoulders are very cool.

Please see measurements as it is a vintage item. I think it looks best, worn a bit bigger and with a wide belt or corset at the waist.
