Art glass mauve/deep pink tulip with clear emerald green glass stem, with clear confetti glass used to attach the flower and stem. Base measures 6-5/8 inches high by 3.5 at the widest part of the flower. Made in Poland in the 1980's by Alicja. The design is delicate but sturdy. Pre-owned but in like new condition.
This piece was mouth blown in 3 separate pieces then hand assembled. The flower is transparent glass. The stem is clear emerald green glass. The two parts are joined with clear confetti glass. The time period this was made is described as the Eames Era in decor. Given the fact this item was hand blown, there will be some air bubbles found in the glass.
Lovely, well-made art glass piece. Nice gift for Mother's Day.
