This pretty dress is from Tommy Bahama in a misses size large. 

Soft and stretchy, made of modal/nylon and spandex.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch. Has a short zipper at the back of the neck. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 19 inches across

waist is 17.5 inches across

hips are 19 inches across

length is 38.5 inches long
