This is a new, open box, Ulanzi Select W49 Led Mini Led Video Light.  The brightness of the light is adjustable using a knob on the side/rear although I notice that the adjustment is not linear. The box has been opened for the photos.  Uses two AA batteries which are included.  The light can be secures to a camera body or tripod and incorporates a coupling on top as well.  See photos.
