It's my pleasure to offer for sale a Magura Louise BAT Carbon disc brakeset, circa 2008.
The brakeset comprises:
2 x Magura Louise post mount calipers, one fitted with Magura Type 6.1 Performance brake pads and the other Sixpack brand ones. Both sets of pads show even wear and have plenty of life left (around half worn)
2 x Magura Louise BAT Carbon brake levers (left and right) with bite adjustment control
2 x Magura brake hoses and fitments. The front hose is 73cm long and the rear hose is 124cm
Cosmetically the brakeset is in very good condition with only a few very minor marks consistent with careful road/xc use. The carbon levers are in excellent unmarked condition.
I removed these from my medium size framed bike a couple of years ago due to a change of plans. They were working perfectly. I have just checked the caliper pistons and confirm that they all move freely with no fluid leaks. Like all brakes that have not been used for a while they may benefit from a bleed.
A top quality disc brakeset for that retro build. Very difficult to find in such nice condition.
