This phone's battery expanded and popped opened the side of the case. The phone was working fine but that caused the power on/off button to stop working. So I did a factory reset and it powered the phone off and I can't turn it back on. If you can replace the battery it might work. Otherwise the screen has always had a protector on it and is in great condition.
