LOCAL PICK UP: If you live locally or happen to be in the area, you can save on shipping costs by picking the item up directly from our facility in Lynn, MA. We are open Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm. Our zip code is 01905. We are located 20 minutes north of Boston.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH FREIGHT SHIPPING:
- Please allow two weeks delivery time for deliveries to the West Coast and Southern US.
- The shipping carrier will call the buyer to schedule the home delivery window.
- Delivery windows are typically scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 am - 6 pm, no weekend deliveries)
- If you are not present during the agreed-upon delivery day/time, the buyer will be responsible for a redelivery fee (typically around $125+). It is very important to be present for the delivery and have your phone handy in case the driver calls.
- Please open the crate or packaging BEFORE you sign the delivery slip to ensure the unit arrived without damage. If you find that the unit is damaged, do not sign the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment so you can access the insurance coverage. Signing for and receiving a damaged unit will void the insurance coverage.
- If you encounter any mechanical issues with your unit, please let us know via the ebay message portal and we will work directly with you to find a solution. We will help you with either a repair, replacement or return.
