This NON working Imperial watch is circa 1940-1949 stainless steel back, with screw down case. lug to lug is 42mm bezel is 29mm and it has a crown that needs to be attached . case is very pitted and some of the silver is worn showing what looks like a bronze or gold base.  numberers on the back are 256529 and what makes this military watch unusual is that is has  TWO Pushers a stop watch and I am not sure what the other one does. it has two sub dials top and bottom the one on the tops has 0 10 20 and the one on the bottom is 0-20-40  there is an indication for miles and meters as well as the above mentioned stop watch. crystal is very scratched  and the main hands are radium painted.
Imperal is a swiss brand and its history  Imperial Watch Company was founded in 1875 in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland. The company exported Swiss watches in the 1920s through Bayer, Pretzfelder & Mills, and many watches from this era were marked both Buren Watch Company and Imperial on the plates.
