This book is in very good condition. There is one page where it is written in pencil and with age it is very faint. One word is in ink.  See pic.The owner page is filled out with name and address and other info, but the remaining pages are nice with no stains, tears or writing. The cover has only mild wear. The binding is tight and there are no odors to this book   Intact spine and cover. No loose pages  The only handwriting is on the 1st page.
