The track titling from the original WDR broadcast is at times erratic and confused. It has however been retained for authenticity to the original event.

2016 reissue of the original DVD / CD package from 2004. This version is issued in an updated small slimline (Slim-pak) Keep-case packaging measuring approximately 12.5 x 14 cm.
