We offer free next day delivery as standard on all UK orders placed before 3pm. If your order is placed after 3pm we will dispatch your item(s) to you the following day. Please note, on UK orders we ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature on delivery. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies.

We offer international delivery via major couriers such as FedEx and DHL. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. We aim to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible however in some cases, delays outside of our control can occur. We monitor every shipment and when this occurs we will help liaise with the courier to resolve any issue and expedite delivery.

All orders are trackable and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your item(s).

However we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item/s and we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Providing the goods are in the same condition as when sold, you may return your purchase for a full refund, in the original form of payment.

Our watches are covered by a 1 year mechanical warranty. Providing it wasnât caused by water damage or misuse we will repair the watch under warranty.
