Mary collected  bits and pieces to use for  her authentic  doll costumes and  reproduction dolls.

Her pieces are old and many antique, with stains, tears, missing sections  of lace, etc.

This has some repair, and some distressed areas that are stitched up. 

Back is open but there  is a button at the top  and at the waist.

Probably too fine   and distressed to actually wear it but could be part of a doll outfit or museum  display.

Garment is whiter than  the photos show.
