Handbuilt Reynolds 531 touring bike frame by Orbit of England.  I believe originally sold as a drop-handlebar bike, but also works well with flat bar.

700c wheel bike, with eyes for mudguards and rack, and at least 30mm tyres.  The measurements are:
Seattube 50cm c-c (virtual 54cm)
Toptube 54cm c-c
Headtube 18cm (likely 14.5cm without extension) - takes 1" fork steerer
Chainstay from BB to rear axle is 45cm
(see photo of bike built up for idea, complete with measurements)

130 rear axle spacing, for modern road hubs.  Cantilever bosses.
The seatpost is 27.0 rather than 27.2 so including the original for this.

Please note: the fork legs are not entirely straight - both sit approx 6 to 8mm to the side.   When I bought the bike my intention was to get this cold set (Park Tool FFS-2) but given i'm not keeping the bike selling as a frame only and include the forks for buyer to decide whether they wish to use them.

This bike was for my partner but most disappointingly  the frame is too small hence sale.

Postage to UK only, or collection.
