Delivery Information

  • How fast do we ship?

    Our orders ship from 2 to 48 hours after the order is placed. We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex, with signature required (at our discretion) Shipping time will be dependent on the carrier used.

    How does free shipping work?

    For orders that qualify, FREE Expedited Shipping is available. Orders must be over $59.00 (excluding any discounts, tax and shipping costs) are have a shipping address within the contiguous 48 United States. FREE Shipping is not applicable for any international orders. More information about our international shipping policies can be obtained in our help center.

  • How are shipping rates calculated?

    Free shipping is available on all items over $59. If your order is less than $59 or you need expedited shipping, the shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart.

  • Do we ship Internationally?

    We can ship internationally, however, we can only accept verified funds, i.e., Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Please contact us either by email or telephone if you live outside of the US and want to place an order.

  • What locations we can deliver?

    We deliver to all 50 U.S. States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

  • Do we ship to PO boxed and Military APO?

    Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Can you buy online and pick up in store?

    We treat it on a case by case basis. We will ask for a government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) of the person picking up the merchandise.

  • Ship address correction policy

    We will charge a $10 Address Correction fee to any order that UPS charges us as an incorrect, mis-typed, or incomplete address, i.e., shipping to an apartment/suite and not providing an apartment/suite number. This fee will be charged to the payment source of the order.

  • International duties, taxes and fees

    International customers are responsible for all custom charges, including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges. Your local Post Office and/or government should be able to help with these charges.

  • Are signatures required?
