Rare, antique 1930's Prohibition Era figural silver plated cork screw portraying a parody of promotor of prohibition, Senator Andrew Volstead. Made in USA by W.B. Mfg. Co.  Has a patent date of 8-18-32.  Measures approx. 9 5/8 inches. The cup has some bending as shown and the spoon has a few scrapes on the rim as shown.

It is multi purpose - it can be used as a cork screw, bottle opener or shot glass.  Features a double sided face with one being angry and the other happy.
