This is a CUSTOMIZED Hot Wheels wheel swap. It’s been taken out of the package, customized, then resealed back into the package. It’s mint to near mint so there may be minor flaws on the vehicle or card. 


It will be safely shipped in a protector and box to guarantee no damage.
