Good condition. Face paint is very good, slight rub on left eyebrow. Eyes are clear with full eyelashes. Hair is full and I believe is in the original "Dutch Boy" hair style. Arms are strung and legs are set in with hip pin metal piece. A few grayish small dots on back of right arm. I believe bodysuit and skirt are original. Not sure about the bow, scarf-like belt and the shoes. Some of the polka dots on the bodysuit are coming off.  The skirt's elastic is stretched out. The shoes are marked "Taiwan" so I believe they were added later. Please see pictures.

She measures about 10 1/2 inches tall.
