GREEK REVIVAL!

MID CENTURY MODERN
COMPOTE / FRUIT BOWL

( DIMENSIONS: Approximately 13" wide by 12" tall )

USES THE GOLDEN MEAN AND GOLDEN VORTEX!

Circa 1950

This Greek Revival Compote / Bowl is simply gorgeous!

The designer used decorative spirals which conform to
the golden mean - an age old architect's tool for creating
 "perfectly shaped" structures.

"Golden spirals" are based upon infinite logarithmic ratios!
They can continue forever spiraling larger or smaller!
This shape is the most appealing shape to the eye
and here the designer uses it in the bowl and the
legs as well!

It's a masterpiece of timeless design!

Every well appointed residence should have
a compote for holding fresh fruit!  Nothing
beats returning to your sublime interiors and
retrieving a fresh Honeycrisp apple or
some delectable grapes!

Besides being a very useful addition to your living spaces,
this timeless artifact looks sensational!

This is a rare piece in great condition!

A must have for your NY penthouse, Palm Springs atomic ranch
or Eichler modern home!

A Delicious Addition

For Your Delectable Interiors!
