Once our Order Processing department receives an order (post payment receipt), all details are checked meticulously to ensure that the order is correct, the payment has been processed, and all shipping details are factored in along with special instructions, if any. Once all of these prerequisites are met, the order is forwarded to our warehouse, which will proceed with shipping. We ship the item as soon as the same day or NO later than 48 hours after we receive payment confirmation from eBay. We will then send you tracking info without fail once the item is shipped.

RETURN POLICY
The following are our return policies.
-Only faulty items (DOA or items that have malfunctioned) or items not as advertised are guaranteed to receive a full refund upon successful return of the item. A customer must contact us within 30 days of purchase to process a return.
-All returns must have an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number, which will be provided by our customer support through the methods described in the Contact Us section.
-There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned without an RMA number. Items found to be damaged, altered, or different in any way as compared to the original item shall warrant a 15% restocking fee.
The following items/ instances are not eligible for a return/refund:
Products not purchased through us.
Products returned without their original packaging/retail box and accessories, such as adapters, cables, software CDs, brochures and instruction manuals, and any other item that originally came with the product.
Products whose retail box has been altered to not contain the serial number, UPC, or service tag.
Products that have physical damage or blemishes not mentioned in the item description.

How do I claim the seller warranty?
We honor and protect your purchases classified under seller warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of any hardware or software malfunction, please get in touch with us right away; we will then try to resolve the issue remotely, failing which, we will send out a label for you to append to the laptop box and send it to us. Once we receive the laptop, we will either restore functionality 100% OR replace the laptop with either a similar laptop or one with greater specifications. Please return all items in their original box, with all accessories, manuals, and content as originally provided during the time of purchase.
