- C.. Good - some signs of use.
- D.. Fair - obvious signs of use. Guaranteed to work correctly. Case may have minor cracks.
- E.. Damaged (case only) - Recommended to replace upon receipt. Damage could include cracks, missing hub teeth or broken hinges
