So I did some research on this piece, but couldn’t find a whole lot about it.

Here’s what I think I know.

I believe this to be British from the 1950s, but have found a couple different dates on it specifically the headset marking 1939 and 1940.

It could be from the World War II era I’m not sure. I’m pretty confident it has been used. The crate has a lot of bangs and bruises and a really awesome patina. The crate by itself is very visually pleasing as a vintage display piece.

The kit appears to be complete. Aside from some paper instruction manuals, but I can’t be exactly sure what components make up a full kit.

The unit is untested. I do not know if it works or will function. It is being sold specifically as a display piece not as a functioning unit.

The item overall shows several signs of wear and age.
