A superb example of an early vintage Daiwa 12ft, three piece, tubular fibreglass float & leger fishing rod. Very good quality throughout and nicely finished with tiger wrap whippings. Full cork handle which is extremely clean, with sliding ring reel locks. Stand off guides throughout, of which the butt and tip guides are agate lined. The tip guide is threaded to accept a swing tip or quiver attachment.  Sections fit together nicely with no sloppiness. Overall, the rod is in absolutely superb condition, as seen in the pictures. The decals and are complete and nice and clear. Original whippings are strong and vibrant. Comes with its original Daiwa branded slip bag which is very fine and not in great condition. A perfectly useable rod for float and leger, and ideal for those who appreciate the thrill of swing tip fishing and vintage tackle.

The rod will be packaged in a secure tube for courier delivery. Collection from GL54, CA11 or convenient pick up somewhere in between is also possible. Let me know where you are and we'll see what can be done.
