A very fine watercolour of a small fishing boat off the coast of Valetta in Malta. It is signed (see pic 6) but I cannot make the signature out and dated '2013'. It is a very competent work with much of the outline being first prepared using charcoal pencil with watercolours added later. 

The work is bright and unfaded and is in completely undamaged condition. It is double-mounted, glazed and set in an ashwood frame. Dimensions are 11" x 8" actual size of image and 17.5" x 14.5" overall. 

It will come ready to hang.
