The measurements are:

Chest 21"

Length Shoulder to bottom : 12"

Sleeves, from top at shoulder to bottom: 10.5"

The elastic at the sides back still stretches

There are no labels, but this is not home made. 

There is a welt slant pocket on each side front.

Front zipper has lost it's pull tab, needs new zipper. 

White topstitching. Cuffed sleeves show off the cute flannel  print lining. 

There is some fading. On the back side. I think you can see it in the last photo.

Perfectly wearable, and the zipper can easily be replaced. Or if you are super talented you could take a pull from another similar zipper!
