This spiral stair was installed in 1996 and served 2 chalet bungalow upstairs bedrooms; we are totally refurbishing the house with a "standard" stair so it has to go.

The balusters and newell posts are "single Basket" pattern as can be seen in the second photo.

The stair is now fully dissembled and ready for collection (please note that the top handrail was welded in situ so has been neatly cut for removal)

I can supply all the original purchase and assembly paperwork so rebuilding should be straightforward and also shows that it was originally built to a certified BS5395 design.

This is a no reserve auction with the buyer to collect. You will need a van for collection as the main central spine pole is over 3m long and the handrail rings are equally large.

I have been asked for dimensions so hopefully the following will help;

The overall diameter is 1400mm
The floor to floor height is 2660mm (although the stair uses wooden spacers between all the treads so these could be shaved for minor adjustment?)
The usable width of each tread is 610mm
The central pole measures 3600mm

Hope that helps
