Aiphone AX-8MVW Audio/Video Master Station for AX Series, White

The AIP-AX8MV-W is a white audio video master station for the AX Series. The unit can initiate and answer calls from up to 7 additional master stations and up to 8 door stations. The master can be expanded with AX-16SW add-on selectors for a maximum capacity of 120 door/sub stations. Its streamline design is mountable on a wall or desk. When a video door station calls, the tremolo tone rings and the 3.5" color monitor comes on, displaying the image from the door station location. To answer the call, simply press the TALK butoon once and speak hands-free or press and hold the TALK button to use as push-to-talk, release-to-listen. If access control is included, simply press the "key" button and the associated electric strike or magnetic lock will be activated. Return and Replacement

We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). Please contact us before opening a return. If you receive a product that's missing parts or accessories or is not in the condition you are expecting; please contact us for a replacement.

What you need to know about the return:

Please keep all the contents of the box in the original packaging. We must receive the product along with all accessories to issue you a full refund.

If a product needs to be returned because of shipping damages, please provide photos of the boxes the product arrived in as well as damages to the product to get a full refund.

A product that's returned to us without the original packaging will be charged a restoking fee. This is not applicable to those who received a damaged package.

A product that has returned without the original accessories will be refunded based on the product condition.

A product that has been used and returned will be refunded based on product condition.

Please provide us with the shipping tracking numbers after shipping out a return to get the refund within the same day we receive your returned products.
