The makers mark is on the base of the figurine.

Handmade in Spain

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 11.5"

Base: Approx. 4.5" x 2.5"

Please note that this item was donated used used so it may show some signs of age and use, there is some light wear in areas and what looks like small patches of glue on the back and collar but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
